Everyone,
The HiFive Cincy Challenge is coming up. Today we had our 10th team register to play and we haven't even advertised the event yet.
We need each team to do two things:
1) Assign a person to be the team representative to the Tournament Committee. To do this, please send the persons name, phone number, and e-mail address to president@wcsoccerclub.com.
2) All teams U14 and younger, must register for the tournament. Please do so ASAP
Thank You.
Club,
Some news of interest has come recently from CUSL. Over the past few months NWC Alliance and Ohio Elite have been accepted to CUSL to begin play this Fall. These clubs represent the last of the TCYSA organizations.
With the additions of NWC and OE, as well as the collapse of TCYSA, CUSL is now the only U8 - U19 league in Cincinnati. As such, we fully expect all teams not capable of playing in MRL, TPL, or Buckeye Elite to participate in CUSL.
Another item of interest is that CUSL is going to experiment with self scheduling this Fall. All U11 - U14 first division teams will be asked to attend a scheduling meeting right after the bracketing meetings in August. The purpose of this meeting will be to schedule all matches for the season in one session.
Teams playing in these self schedule divisions will need to come to that meeting completely organized and ready to schedule ALL of their matches. Re-schedules will NOT be permitted once the schedule is set. Each of these first division brackets will have 6 - 10 teams, allowing for 7 - 9 games.
Club coaches and admins will get detailed messages about this as the season approaches.

Larry Sheridan
Club,
Welcome to The President's Corner!
I plan on using this space to get general information out to all of you in a way that does not invade your inbox too often. This will also provide an archive of important notes, right here on the website, where you can find them from any computer. Initially, there will be several updates in rapid succession, however, I hope to be able to scale back to updates once or twice a month as we get the new soccer year rolling.
When important updates come, you will get an e-mail with the content, as well as a posting that will reside here for a period of time. In that fashion, you will be able to access important information for weeks, or months after receiving it.
As time goes on, feel free to send us your feedback. We want to make this website the single most useful place for you to go when you need something. Over time, we'll need your feedback to help make that happen.
Have a good day!
Larry Sheridan
